Terms & Conditions

  • New items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase

  • All return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer, unless you have received an incorrect item in which you did not order.

  • The returned items must not be damaged in any way.

  • Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition and any packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or full refund if goods are not returned in a re-saleable condition or are damaged.

  • Refunds are issued the same working day after the items have been inspected for any damages/ defects 

  • We do not accept returned unwanted New Old Stock or Used items.

  • Faulty, shortages and incorrect Goods must be notified to us within 7 working days.

  • Provided that you return such Goods to us we will at our sole discretion replace such Goods (where possible), issue you with a credit note or refund for the price paid for such Goods. The provisions of this clause set out your sole remedy in such circumstances.

  • Damaged Goods must be notified to us and (where appropriate, to the carrier) within 7 working days of delivery. Please take clear photographs of the damaged part, together with any damage to the packaging which you consider may have been sustained in transit, and also please retain all the packaging until the matter has been resolved.

  • "Special Order" means any Goods that are ordered and/or manufactured specifically as per your request. Payment in full is required for such Special Orders at the time the Special Order is placed with us. Special Orders that are manufactured and/or ordered specifically as per your request are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. In such instance we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of 25% of the price of the Special Order, which shall be deducted from any refund due to you.

  • Where you deal with us as a consumer, nothing within these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

  • As a responsible business, we will perform all Service(s) in a professional manner with an appropriate level of skill and care. However, loss of or damage to a Consignment may still occur as a consequence of our courier's handling of it and, in such circumstances, our liability shall be limited as set out in these Terms and Conditions.

  • Damage to you means any damage suffered by you (including any loss of, or damage to, a Consignment and any other loss, whether or not known to you or us or in either of our contemplation at the time of entering into this Agreement), however it arises but only so long as it is caused by our negligence, breach of duty or other wrongful act or omission (which includes any deliberately wrongful act or omission).

  • We investigate all claims received in a fair and speedy manner, but such investigations are more accurate and are easier to perform soon after the loss or damage is alleged to have incurred and, on that basis, the timescales set out in this Terms and Conditions are necessary to ensure that such investigations can be performed fairly.
